The service
TenderCompare AI assists quantity surveyors in analysing contractor tenders. It supports your professional judgement and does not replace it; the qualified surveyor remains responsible for any final advice.
Billing
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree to upload only documents you are authorised to process and to use the service in line with applicable laws and professional standards.
Liability
The service is provided on a best-efforts basis. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
