We process your account details and the tender documents you upload solely to provide the analysis service. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest and are processed on UK/EU infrastructure.
How we use your data
Your tenders are never used to train third-party AI models. We use your data only to deliver and improve the service you have paid for.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
