Encryption everywhere
Your tenders and project data are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Sensitive credentials are stored in a managed secrets vault, never in plain text.
UK/EU hosting
Data is hosted and processed on UK/EU infrastructure, so your data stays within the jurisdiction your clients expect.
GDPR compliant
We are fully UK GDPR compliant. We process data only to deliver the service you've paid for, and a Data Processing Agreement is available for B2B clients.
Access controls
Row-level security and role-based access ensure each user and team only sees the projects they're authorised to. Access is granted on a least-privilege basis.
Never used to train third-party models
Your tenders are yours. They are never used to train third-party AI models, and we don't sell or share your data.
Data deletion on request
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. On termination, personal data is deleted or returned within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
